Cheryshev: "We are working well, and we want to continue like that"

After participating in Valencia CF's 0-1 win at the Nuevo José Zorilla against Real Valladolid, Denis Cheryshev talked about the importance of the victory and the need to get a good run of results underway.
The Russian international said that "We're very happy today. We really needed the three points. I think that the team had been competing well in previous games, and in the Copa del Rey we took a good result. The win today gives us a big confidence boost that will help us to continue growing."
He also commented how, even though the result had been positive, the philosophy for the team remains the same.
"We'd gone a while dropping points due to small details. Maybe we deserved a few more points, but this is the way to go in order to keep competing. Above all, it's important that we kept a clean sheet, and created chances and scored goals. That's always good for the team.
"We have to turn our attention to the next game, and not set any objectives beyond that. I think that we are working well, and we want to continue like that -above all, we want to keep winning."
